What is WalkingBible?
WalkingBible is a program that you download and run on your PC or Mac. All the verses that you see here on the web are also in the program. The program keeps track of how many times you have rehearsed each verse, and makes sure that the right verses are rehearsed each time. The idea is overlearning – you will rehearse each verse enough times that you will really remember it.
If you have an iPod you can export the verses that you are rehearsing to it. You can then hear the music, see the picture and read the text on you iPod. This is a very effective way of memorising. You can of course also just listen to the music or readings while doing something else.
